Bridal beauty planning comes down to three questions: what hair and makeup will cost for your whole party, how long the wedding morning takes, and when each beauty step should happen before the day. These three free tools answer each one with your own details.

Which part of the bridal beauty planner do you need?
Start with the cost calculator if you’re budgeting. It prices every person and service from our real price list and shows what’s included and what isn’t, so there are no surprises later. Use the timeline calculator once you know who’s getting ready, to see when the first chair needs to start and whether you need another artist. Use the countdown planner to put your trial, hair color, brows and other steps on a calendar.
How the bridal beauty planner fits together
The tools build on each other. Your party list from the cost calculator tells you who to add to the morning timeline, and your trial date from the countdown planner is the perfect time to get the real chair times the timeline needs. Each tool has a Copy link button, so you can send your plan to your planner, your maid of honor or us.
A simple plan for using the tools
If you’re early in planning, try this order. First, run the cost calculator with your expected party so you know the budget. Next, open the countdown planner, add your wedding date, and ask your artist and colorist when they’d like to see you. Once your trial is booked, use it to get real chair times, then build the morning timeline. Share each link with your planner so everyone is working from the same numbers, and come back to update them as your guest list or plans change.
Why there are no made-up numbers
We’d rather leave a box empty than guess. Prices come straight from our published price list, and where the studio hasn’t set a number, like chair times or booking milestones, the tools ask for the timing your own artist gives you.
Questions about the bridal beauty planner
How accurate is the wedding hair and makeup cost calculator?
It uses the real Reign Beauty Collective price list, so the per-person prices are accurate as of the date shown. Travel, trials and early starts are confirmed separately, and the calculator says so.
Why does the timeline calculator ask for chair times?
Every head of hair and every look takes a different amount of time. Using the minutes your own artist quotes keeps the schedule realistic.
When should I start using the countdown planner?
As soon as you have a wedding date. It’s easiest to plan color, trials and other steps when you can see the whole timeline at once.
Can I save my plans?
Copy the link, print the page or download the calendar file. Nothing is stored on our side, so the link or file is your saved copy.
Can Reign Beauty Collective help with my timeline?
Yes. Share your calculator link with Reign Beauty Collective and we’ll adjust it with real chair times for your party and looks.
